Shawna Ellefson is a licensed esthetician since 2017 and a recent graduate of tattoo school, now offering permanent makeup alongside a full range of esthetic services. She has always been drawn to the subtle art of enhancing natural beauty—especially through the eyes, which she believes are the most expressive and soulful part of the face.

With nearly a decade of hands-on experience, Shawna brings a deep understanding of skin health, facial structure, and symmetry to every service she provides—from brow shaping and lash lifts to permanent makeup. Her background in esthetics gives her the precision, sensitivity, and care needed to deliver beautiful, lasting results that honor each client’s individuality.

Shawna offers brow waxing and tinting, lash lifts and tints, lash extensions, full-body waxing, facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacials, and now permanent makeup. Whether clients come for a quick refresh or a long-term transformation, her goal is always the same: to make them feel confident, cared for, and naturally radiant.

Since moving to Bend in 2006 (after five years in Portland), Shawna has built her life here with her husband, their beloved dogs, and a deep love for the outdoors. She can usually be found hiking, scuba diving, traveling, listening to live music, or road-tripping to the coast. She loves life deeply and humbly, grateful for what it’s taught her—and open to what she’s yet to learn.

But nothing has enriched her life more than the people she meets through her work. Shawna is genuinely thankful for every client who trusts her with their care.
